Better Coffee

Joe is amazing. He came over after my machine sprang a leak and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Best of all though, he also gave the machine a full tune-up and passed along a bunch of pointers to help greatly improve my shots. My machine now runs like new and I’m pulling the best shots I’ve ever pulled. Wish I’d found him sooner, I’d highly recommend booking an appointment to anyone who is really into coffee.

Joe is amazing. His whole service mantra is a refreshing and different model to what we were doing before (dropping our Rancilio Sylvia off to a local service and sales centre). He was immensely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and his rates were competitive. He came to our house to fix our machine!!! I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for something different than dropping your beloved machine off to a place downtown that uses non-OEM parts and really doesn't stand behind their service or parts.... Do yourself a favour and call Joe for whatever you need. He even helped us make better coffee on his visit!

Joe made a reasonable and affordable visit to my home, to assess my Lelit Bianca the day after I had called. He solved my issue and as it had not taken the estimated hour, he proceeded to give my machine a basic check up. That alone was worth the cost, as I am not aware of a formal Lelit repair service anywhere in Ottawa and after four years of regular use I was concerned. I cannot recommend this business enough.
